Schedule:.
Please be ready to compete at least 45 minutes before your scheduled time.

Registration:
At the door registration for teams and clog individuals and duets still open. All Dance Solos/Duos/Trios closed. Take all registration changes to the registration table. Please inform Registration table if you won’t be dancing.

Numbers:
All Clogging Individuals have ONE Master Number for all events. Clogging Short Duets, Clogging A Cap Duets and Individual Master Numbers are located at the numbers table. Teams do not need a number. Numbers are announced.

Dressing Rooms:
Two large pavilions behind the stages are allocated for us to use as BOYS & GIRLS DRESSING ROOMS.  .  Please don't dress in restrooms.  Please only 2 DANCES between costume changes. Tents can be set up in the grassy area as well. Competition Directors assume no responsibility for accidents or thefts.

Awards:
Age Division results are posted online. Find your name, get awards at Awards Table at Canyon Pavilion. No Awards mailed. 
You don't need to wait for the awards ceremony. Once you see your awards, go to the awards table and get your award right then. No need to wait until the end of the day!

Awards Posting time:
Results are posted online. Please allow 1-2 hours after last competitor for awards postings. Awards table at Canyon Pavilion

Dancer’s Medallion and awards pins:
All dancers receive a competition medallion at the Awards Table. All dancers receive an individual, duet, and trio Award Pins for each event at the Awards Table.

Studio Trophy and Team awards plates:
Team trophy plates  are given to directors. Directors receive Studio Team Trophy at the end of the day when they pick up their judge sheets.

Overall Awards Ceremony:
See Program for when Overall Awards will be presented, Stay and support your team!

Judge Sheets:
All Judge Sheets will be given to directors at the end of competition along with Studio Trophy.

Music:
Take your music to the sound table one dance before you are to go on stage.

Props:
Store Props on EAST side of Canyon Pavilion

If raining:
Numbers and Awards Posting under Food Services pavilion

ALL-AMERICAN Registration:
Cloggers pay $30 for All-American registration at the Canyon stage. No Registration required for Dance.

Video Taping:
Video Taping is allowed. Please be respectful.
